Process Description:
1. For any service needs during product use, contact the Pacific Service Hotline (0519-85103968) to submit a service request.
2. Upon receiving a customer’s fault repair report, the service specialist will provide preliminary troubleshooting solutions via phone guidance.
3. If the issue remains unresolved after phone communication, the Company will either dispatch an engineer for on-site service or instruct the customer to return the product for repair, depending on the situation.
4. When reporting a fault, customers must provide the following details: contact person, contact information,contact address, equipment model and serial number, and description of the fault.
